From our family to yours

Jana and Niki inherited their grandparent’s 380 acre farm in 2006 and decided in 2010 to create one of the first vacation rentals in the area by renovating our 2,800 square foot farmhouse. For over 10 years they’ve been providing guests from all walks of life a beautiful retreat in the country next to the Little Sugar Creek.

We grew up living at the farm in the summers while our parents worked in the city and while our grandparents, Clark and June, took care of us while raising chickens, pigs and cattle. We got the best of both worlds living in Dallas, Texas while retreating to the country for our vacations and gatherings with family and friends. The farm has been in our family for over 100 years and our family has gathered at the Little Sugar Farm for generations.

After inheriting this gift of land we decided we would share it with others. Now after this time of home restrictions and uncertainty, Paul and Jana are expanding to not only include the sister’s farmhouse, but they are creating a unique opportunity to stay in safari and bell tents on the Little Sugar Farm with space to run around, gather in the barns and an old rustic chicken house and enjoy all life has to off in the Ozarks in the country.

Our warmest welcome,

Jana & Paul

“We are a very spiritual family and we have found peace on this property. We were so happy to have the ability to cleanse our souls here. We had a wonderful stay and would not have had it any other way.”
