POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

• At check in a $25 cleaning fee will be assessed for your stay as well as a release form for staying on our glamp ground.

• We’ll have maps of our farm and information on activities and local events.

• We do require payment up front on our website and or through arrangements with the owner. If you do cancel your stay and want a refund prior to your stay we will charge a $20 cancelation fee with the option of rebooking at no charge. 

• For those reservations canceling less than two weeks prior to your stay you’ll have the option to rebook only in emergencies.

• We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. 

• We do not require deposits for the glamping tents but we do for the farmhouse of $225. If your stay results in damage to the glamping tents or farmhouse we will have to assess damage fees.

• VERY IMPORTANT: the Safari tents each have a refrigerator to put your food inside, the Bell tents do not. It is very important for you not to leave food inside your tent out in the open, racoons are known to destroy tents. Thank you!

• We will have lists of our policies available upon your arrival.
